I found the staff quite helpful regarding parking details. They offered us a room in a quieter area. A fridge in the room was a welcome addition. It was helpful for storing medication.
The shower temperature was inconsistent. It fluctuated between very hot and cool. It made showering unpleasant.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection. the buffet service ended before we received our hot food. Hot cross buns were offered on easter sunday for breakfast.

faulty remote street noise
the staff was friendly and helpful when i needed assistance.
The room was smaller than i expected. the tv remote didn't work properly, frustrating. also, the noise from the street at night made it difficult to sleep. I could hear everything.
